This is an outstanding vintage Escada sweater that was designed by Margaretha Ley in the 1980's. This fabulous pullover sweater is oversized with lovely long slightly balloon style sleeves. The great abstract woven pattern is in shades of gray, black, and brown. This Escada sweater does not have a fabric content label, but it feels like a wool and cashmere blend.

This beautiful vintage sweater was made in W. Germany and is labeled size 42, but we estimate this would best fit a range of sizes from M/L.  Even people who wear a size small but love oversized sweaters could wear this with tights as a mini dress!
